Every year we receive an overwhelming amount of requests for donations and sponsorship. While we do support a large number of requests each year, due to the volume received we are not able to extend support to all those who reach out to us
We have outlined below the main areas in which we focus our charitable support. Only applications that fit within our mission will be considered. Please review this criteria before submitting your application.
Charitable Mission
- Events and community development projects that focus on waterfront tourism within our servicing area (Kawarthas & Haliburton)
- Industry initiatives that help promote safe boating, growth of sport and work force development within the marine industry.
- Local childrens’ group/team activities within the Bobcaygeon area.
At Buckeye we support initiatives that impact our industry and local community. We prioritize initiatives brought forward by our customers and staff as well as to those looking for in-kind contributions.
Applications will be reviewed on the first Thursday of the month. All applications should be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event and before the last Thursday of the month.
