COVID-19 Dealership Update

The following changes are being made to help us keep both or staff and customers safe in the face of COVID-19

 

Our hours of operation will be Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm and 10am - 3pm on Sundays starting Tuesday, May 19th.

We will be limiting the number of people entering our facility at one time. To aid in this we are requiring pre-booked sales and service appointments.

Our facility is sanitized at regular intervals with a stronger focus on touch points (door handles, POS machines, washrooms etc).

All staff have been outfitted with masks and glove for their safety. 

Boats will be sanitized prior to leaving our facility. We do however, recommend waiting the recommended 48 hour time period before using your vessel. 

All staff have participated in a mandatory briefing in on safe social distancing rules and proper use of PPE.

Barriers have been placed at our reception desk and service counter

We will be supplying gloves and sanitizer to all customers picking up their units and encourage customers to wear masks for their protection.

New touchless pick up and delivery processes have been put in place and will be offered by appointment only for new boat sales, storage boats and boats being serviced. Customer interaction instructions and expectations will be emailed and sent via text message to customers prior to their appointment They are also available here

All sales and administrative offices are closed to the public.

We are limiting payments to credit card, debit and electronic wire transfer until further notice

We will regrettably be unable to shake your hand but please know that we greatly appreciate your business and your understanding as we all work to keep each other safe and healthy.

Given these challenging and uncertain times we have changed our day to day operations in an effort to prioritize the health and safety of our valued staff, customers and local community. With this in mind, Buckeye Marine will be closed to the public until further notice.

We want to assure our customers and our community that we are, and will continue, to do everything that we can to help flatten the COVID-19 curve. We are working hard with our management team and exceptional staff on creative ways to weather this storm.   

Given the circumstances, we know that looking to warmer sunnier days on the water is a great way to reduce the stresses of today’s climate. We understand the role that we play in that.
